Perpetual Doom is an independent record label and occasional production company owned and operated by Lou and Rosie Crisitello - a dynamic husband-and-wife duo. Our areas of expertise include producing limited-edition albums and publications, music videos, and original content. Since 2014, our team of trusted confidants and creative partners has been crafting unusual and imaginative media that stands out from the rest. As a label, our top priority is to showcase the works of exceptionally talented artists that we personally believe in and are truly excited about.

We work in all stages of the filmmaking process.

The Origin of the Owl Logo

In the world of Perpetual Doom, the owl has long been a symbol of mystery, wisdom, and darkness. As an indie music and art label, we were drawn to the owl's symbolism, as we feel it perfectly captures the essence of the message we wanted to convey to our Doomers.

The owl represents the ability to see beyond the surface, to delve deep into the mysteries of life and uncover hidden truths. Just as the owl's keen eyesight allows it to hunt in the darkness, Perpetual Doom's releases strive to shed light on the darker corners of the human experience.

But the owl is also a symbol of death and rebirth, of transformation and renewal. As such, it represents the constant evolution and growth of Perpetual Doom, as well as the transformative power of music and art itself.

The owl's presence on the label's logo serves as a reminder to our artists and and fans alike of the importance of seeking truth and embracing change, even in the face of darkness and uncertainty. It is a symbol of strength and resilience, and a beacon of hope in an often chaotic and confusing world.

The owl represents our commitment to exploring the depths of the human experience through music and art, and our dedication to helping others find meaning and connection in a world that can sometimes seem cold and unfeeling.
