Eggs on Mars covers the theme to Scooby-Doo, a 1969 animated series that follows a group of mystery-solving teenagers and their lovable Great Dane, Scooby-Doo, as they unmask and solve supernatural cases. 📺🎶
"Unbeknownst to me, when I was a youngster watching Scooby Doo, Where Are You! reruns everyday at 3:00 pm, I was getting my first introduction to 1960s pop music. The show's chase scenes (a lot of running in place, going in and out of different haunted mansion doors, villains with slow moving outstretched arms) were soundtracked by the pure bubblegum pop of Danny Janssen and Austin Roberts. Roberts also sang the theme song for the show's second season. I knew these songs before I ever heard the Beatles." - Eggs on Mars
